Hello,


Today i discover that the office is half empty. Some ask me before, some not...

On my side i am in discussion with my boss to make big effort for you that you will see very soon...
I go to say that you are a serious team and ask to have more advantages for you (improve for computers before change it in few months maybe, better internet, new raise of salary, other things...) and when i come back i see that it's a new kind of "ghost office".

So here are the rules now that I give to lovesh in charge of the office. Some of you never have break this rules, some seems to need a "mind reminder" ;)

Anyway, I'm sure that this rules are easy to follow and simple to understand because i have the same so... :

Missing Day :

For work organisation, you HAVE to ask for a "missing day" as soon as possible.

If the reason is a high priority (army, family funeral...) : the day(s) will be given. No charge will be take from your salary, no day(s) will be taken from your holidays.
If the reason is personal or not a priority : the day (or half day) will be taken from your holidays OR from your salary (for example if i was not informed).

Sick Day :

If you are too sick to work, you have to see a doctor to have a proof of this.
If you have to leave the office for this reason, you have to inform me (or Lovesh) BEFORE your departure.
Of course if you are close to die one day at the office i think that Lovesh will see this alone ;) ...

With a medical notice : the day will be paid as a working day.
Without a medical notice : the day will be taken from your holidays OR from your salary...

Holidays :

As usual, you have to ask for it.
You will have to take inevitably a part of this days during the summer (july, august)

The holidays must be asked at least one month before they begin.
The holidays will be effective only if they are accepted (you will be informed about this also at least one month before the date)
We will manage this to have at least one designer and one flashmaster together at the office...

These rules are to be considered from the 2nd March morning ! No exception, no special case...
